SOPRANOS
KRISTI FRANCISCO
Kristi Francisco, second soprano, has been a member of Paradigm Vocal Ensemble since the
summer of 1995. She joined the group soon after graduating from Burton Adventist Academy, where she sang with the award-winning
Burton Academy Chorale. She then went on to graduate with her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in marketing research from the
University of Texas at Arlington. Through the years, Kristi has performed on a number of albums for various recording artists.
She currently spends her days and nights keeping up with the latest trends among teens as a senior research manager for Teenage
Research Unlimited in Chicago.
JODI HILL
Jodi Hill, first soprano, has been a member of Paradigm Vocal Ensemble since February of 2004. She
received her Bachelor's Degree in Choral Music Education at the University of North Texas and is currently pursuing a Master's
in Choral Conducting at the University of Kansas. In addition, she is a member of several professional choirs and is a frequent soloist
at Dallas/Fort Worth area churches.
CINDY NUÑEZ
Cindy Nuñez, second soprano, has sung in church choirs, school choirs, and ensembles since high school.
She has earned a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education and a Masters of Education. Cindy taught elementary classroom music for eight
years and worked with children's choirs at church. She is currently teaching everything but music in a 3rd and 4th grade classroom.
Cindy has been a member of Paradigm Vocal Ensemble since 1995 and currently serves as the secretary for the organization.
CHRISTY TIDWELL
Christy Tidwell has been a member of Paradigm Vocal Ensemble since 1996. She joined the group soon after she graduated
from Burton Adventist Academy, where she sang with the award-winning Burton Academy Chorale. She then graduated summa cum laude from
Southwestern Adventist University in 2000 with degrees in both English and Music. In 2003, she received her Master's degree in English at
the University of Texas at Arlington. She is currently teaching Freshman Writing and American Literature at UTA and working toward her Ph.D.
in Literature.
VICKI TUCKER
Vicki, from a very young age, sang solos and duets with her brother for churches and weddings. Intrigued
by the sound of choral music, she sang in, accompanied, and directed several high school and college choirs and small groups. She
traveled with a professional singing group for a year. Graduating with a major in music, Vicki conducted high school choirs that received
awards such as a medal in the International Festival of Music. She received a Master's degree in English and is completing her PhD
dissertation on the musical metaphors in the novels of George Eliot. She has been a member of Paradigm since it was founded in 1994.
She divides her time between teaching Advanced Placement English Language and Composition, raising her two children, and spending
time with her husband.
